zmarket is operated through zmarket.app by Street Kings Productions, a Clark & Burke LLC company. This notice covers the public zmarket site and the related auth and cloud app surfaces.

Information Collected

The public site may collect ordinary technical request data needed to serve and protect the site. zmarket accounts can include email address, canonical email key, username, birthdate, country, optional region/city, linked provider identifiers, provider email keys, session cookies, credit balance, inventory, transactions, and game activity needed to operate the service.

Use

Information is used to provide login, maintain player inventory and credits, prevent abuse, support account linking and merge detection, troubleshoot service issues, and improve zmarket. zmarket does not sell account data.

Cookies

zmarket uses a signed session cookie for authentication across zmarket.app, auth.zmarket.app, and cloud.zmarket.app. The public homepage may use the presence of that cookie to send signed-in users directly to the cloud app.

Third-Party Sign-In

If you use Microsoft, Google, or X sign-in, those providers may return identifiers such as email, name, handle, and other profile details depending on their settings and permissions. zmarket stores only what is needed for sign-in, account linking, duplicate detection, and operation.
